The Full Story

About

Hi, my name is Tiffany!  I’ve had a passion for baking since my childhood.  Growing up, I was surrounded by cooking and baking, an atmosphere my mom created.  She always treated food as an art project, and the comforting aroma and taste of her creations are an inspiration to my goals today.

With the prevalence of GMOs and artificial food sources today, it is my mission to keep my deserts simple and natural with organic ingredients.  By processing food less, we can enjoy its original taste more fully.  After all, we will be more sure that healthy food promotes long and happy lives! (Before planning to have my online store, I passed a test of the Utah Food Handlers Permit Course. )

Mission

(featuring my 2 dogs)

Organic ingredients are the best way to maintain good health for a longer life.

I select organic low-fat milk, organic eggs, olive oil, unbleached cake flour, grass-fed butter, high-quality 40% milk-fat heavy whipping cream, organic chocolate, monk fruit sweetener, and matcha powder. You won’t often find these items at other bakeries.

Vision

I use monk fruit sweetener on all my products because it has a good effect on the human body. I would prefer to have lower profits than to increase health risks.

Monk fruit is a natural sweetener that has many health benefits, including:

  • Heart health

Monk fruit contains antioxidants that can help lower cholesterol and promote heart health.

  • Anti-inflammatory

    Monk fruit has anti-inflammatory properties.

  • Allergies

Monk fruit can act as a mild antihistamine to reduce swelling from allergy irritations.

  • Ketogenic diet

Monk fruit is a good option for people on a ketogenic diet because it contains zero calories and zero carbohydrates.

  • Blood sugar

Monk fruit doesn't raise blood sugar levels, making it a good choice for people with diabetes or high blood sugar. It can also help lower blood sugar and insulin levels.

  • Weight loss

Monk fruit is calorie-free and can help you cut back on calories. This can be especially helpful for people trying to lose weight.
